What happens
if I'm the winning bidder?
- You will receive an Auction Finished
Notification via email
- You need to contact seller within 48 hours to notify how will be paying & if you will be collecting or require delivery
- You have 5 days to make
full payment & collection or book delivery.
Do you charge a membership fee?
- NO its free to join.
I have won a item & found it's not as described?
- You must make storage agent aware
of any issues at point of collection or at point of delivery while item is
still on the delivery truck.
- If you send your own driver it
is his responsibility to check the vehicle over for you.
I've logged in and my account is disabled?
- You haven't supplied MotorJunction
with Photo Identification, Proof of address & Registration form.
- Your registered credit or debit
card has expiried or been cancelled.
- You have outstanding items the
haven't been paid for.
- Your contact details are no longer
correct.

- Simply send us a copy of a utility
bill in your new address, with a covering letter stating you current username,
address & a contact number

- Send us an email from your new
address, stating you old email address, username, home address & contact
number.
